Never Do A Fake Sparkler Exit Most Common Mistake
Here's how it plays out: your photographer is scheduled to leave before the reception ends, so you move all your guests outside mid-reception for an "exit" photo — planning to bring everyone back in afterward. It almost never works. Most guests treat walking outside as the signal that the night is over. They get their coats. They say their goodbyes. The energy never comes back.
A sparkler exit is a great photo — at the actual end of your reception. The moment you send guests outside before the night is over, you have ended your reception whether you intended to or not.
